
For the second week I wanted to give some suggested and easy workouts and stretching tips. You need to take care of your body. That means to get proper exercise. Everyone is supposed to get thirty minutes to an hour of exercise a day. I know sometimes that seems like a lot, but if you take it a little bit at a time it becomes easier. As you are doing your daily activities this week I want you to multitask. If you need to go somewhere not too far away, walk or run. When you are working on homework, stretch. Sitting in the straddles is an easy and effective way to refresh your muscles by stretching. While you read you could try doing some ab workouts. A good example of this would be doing a plank for as long as possible. Look at the picture for an example. There is a perfect reading position. Also, If you were to wake up ten minutes earlier and spend five minutes less on your hair or shower you could have fifteen minutes of exercise time. One last thing for this week, remember to go to bed earlier and wake up earlier. You will feel more rested that way than going to bed late and waking up late.
