Introduction

I decided that I wanted to find simple ways to live healthier. This "Health Challenge" is full of ways that I thought would be easy for all teenagers to live a healthier lifestyle. About once a week I will update a new challenge/idea for living healthier. In my posts there might be tips on how to cook with less fattening ingredients, get the most out of a workout, etc. I hope that you will take up the Health Challenge, and that it will be beneficial to you.
